The Wolfgroup was retained to provide pre-acquisition due diligence services and to assist in overseeing the redevelopment of the shopping center and the Westin Hotel.

The Solution

The mall redevelopment included the renovation of the mall including the removal and reconstruction of the indoor skating rink, the addition of 12 escalators and complete refinishing of all interior surfaces. In addition we added a 24KSF American Girl store by creating an outparcel and reconfiguring the entrance drives to the property. We also added a Grand Lux Café, Pottery Barn and Grille on the Alley on 3 other outparcels and created a new primary entrance and outdoor seating areas of the mall.
