Suncoast Clinic building is 106,600 SF medical office building located on the St. Anthony’s Hospital Campus. The building includes an Imaging Center, Urgent Care, Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiology office with nuclear camera, Vascular Lab, Pain Management with procedure room, Family Practice offices, Dermatology, Allergy, Audiology, Endocrinology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology-Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Ophthalmology with optical shop, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Urology, Pharmacy, Snack Bar and support spaces.

The Solution

The Wolf Group oversaw the development of the building for BayCare to include preparing the RFP’s for the selection of the architects and contractors, overseeing the selection process and overseeing the design and construction of the building. The project was completed on time and under budget.
